These seeds were collected from Ipomoea aurantiaca, also known as Chiapas Morning Glory. These vines like to live in full un to partial shade where they sport red, orange yellow and gold flowers which attract a wide variety of bees, birds, and butterflies. Ipomoea in general are larval hosts for the Purplish-black Skipper, and Morning Glory Pellicia butterflies and also for the Morning-glory Prominent moth. This annual vine can be grown as an annual in all USDA Hardiness Zones and is a tender perennial in USDA Hardiness Zones 10 to 11.
