These seeds were collected from Echium candicans, also known as Echium fastuosum, and Pride of Madeira. This perennial likes to live in full sun where it can get up to 8 feet high. It is drought tolerant and deer resistant and its purple, blue, and white blossoms with red stamens attract a wide variety of birds, bees, and butterflies from late spring through the middle of the summer.
