This is Nemophila maculata, also known as baby blue eyes, and fivespot. Bees love this plant. Both male and female bees feed on the nectar from this plant and the female bees also collect pollen to feed their larvae from Nemophila maculata. This plant likes to live in full sun to partial shade where it can blossom from late Spring until early Fall. This plant is a nectar source for the Kern primrose sphinx moth. This is an annual and can grow in all USDA Hardiness Zones.
