These seeds were collected from Agastache Mexicana White, also known as Giant Hyssop. This perennial likes to live in full sun to partial shade where it grows about a foot and a half high and is not disturbed by the deer, but the hummingbirds love it. The fragrant white blossoms bloom repeatedly from late spring through the middle of the summer where they attract a wide variety birds, bees, and butterflies. They are great when used as cut flower. They leaves can be eaten raw in salads or cooked and served as a vegetable. The leaves can also be used to make a tea. USDA Hardiness Zones 7 to 10.
