This is Tecoma stans, also known as Yellow Bells, yellow trumpetbush, yellow bells, yellow elder, ginger-thomas, and Trumpet Flower. This plant likes to live in full sun where its gorgeous yellow blossoms attract a wide variety of birds, bees, and butterflies. Hummingbirds are also drawn to these beautiful blooms which are on display from the middle of Spring until early Winter. This ornamental beauty is the official flower of the US Virgin Islands.
